Wiltshire is a big county with a lot going on. The south is Salisbury and the defence and farming country around Salisbury Plain. The west sits around Trowbridge (the county town) plus Westbury, Warminster and Melksham, mostly manufacturing, distribution and council work. The north and east is Marlborough, Devizes, Chippenham and Calne, more agriculture and professional services. Swindon (technically its own unitary authority but most people think of it as Wiltshire) is the biggest urban centre and runs heavy on financial services and tech.

Where is your engineer based in Wiltshire?
Salisbury. From there we cover SP1 to SP5, BA12, BA14, the BA13 villages around Westbury, and into northern Dorset and Hampshire. For Swindon and the SN postcodes our Coventry base is the closer route. The rest of the team also travels down from Coventry for project work.

Are you set up for MoD or defence supply chain work?
We work with a few defence supply chain firms around Salisbury Plain and run them against Cyber Essentials Plus, which is what most big defence customers now ask for. We are not a CE Plus assessor (that's a separate accreditation, done by IASME), so we do the remediation and the readiness work and sit alongside you for the audit.
How do you handle clinical or care-sector clients in Wiltshire?
For NHS-aligned and CQC-regulated practices we configure Microsoft 365 to meet DSPT (Data Security and Protection Toolkit) expectations: conditional access, MFA, encryption at rest, a written incident response plan. We are not a clinical safety officer or DPO, but we give your DPO the technical evidence they need.
