Do I need to buy the domain name myself?
No. If you already own one we point it at the new email and website. If you do not, we find the best available name for your business, send you a few options to choose from, and register the one you pick as part of the set-up. It stays in your name, not ours.
Can I keep using my mobile number?
Yes. The new business number sits alongside your mobile. Calls to it can simply ring your existing mobile, or ring a business phone app on it so work calls are kept apart from personal ones. Outside the hours you set callers hear your recorded welcome, and voicemails arrive in your inbox as email. Customers get a business number and you keep your personal one private.
What goes on the one-page website?
Who you are, what you do, the area you cover, a showcase of your work with photos, and a contact form that emails you. It is set up for Google from day one: a proper title, description, local business details and a fast, mobile-first page.
What happens after the first three months?
Nothing changes unless you want it to. The agreement rolls month to month after the first three, and you can cancel with a month's notice. Your domain stays yours either way.
What if my business grows?
Netix Presence is the starting point. When you take someone on, we add mailboxes and handsets; when you need a bigger site, it moves onto one of our Web Design plans; when you need laptops looked after, Managed IT starts at £40 a user. Same team, same bill.
