Price it up yourself.
Pick what you need and watch the monthly price add up. Nothing is charged, and we ring within one business day to check it over.

Who are we ringing?
We call within one business day to check the numbers and agree a start date. No setup fee, no payment details, no card, nothing to cancel.
Rather talk it through?
Some of this is easier on the phone, particularly if you are moving from another IT company or you are not sure what you already pay for.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm
What happens next
- We ring you. Within one business day, to check the counts.
- You get the agreement. Plain English, with the numbers you picked.
- We set you up. About a week, and we do the heavy lifting.
Before you send it.
Am I committing to anything by getting a quote?
No. Nothing is charged and no contract starts when you send a quote. It tells us what you are after and roughly how big you are, so the person who rings you already knows the shape of it. We confirm the counts, send the agreement, and only then does anything begin.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. Getting you onto a plan costs nothing: the audit, the agent rollout, the documentation and the handover from whoever looks after your IT now are all part of the monthly price. The only things quoted on top are one-off projects that are not onboarding, such as an office move, a server migration or a cabling job, and you would know about those before we started.
Are these prices per month or one-off?
Every price on this page is per month and excludes VAT, apart from Netix Presence which is billed at £60 a month including VAT. Remote has a 3 month initial term and then runs monthly. Essentials and Pro run for twelve months. Hardware and one-off projects are quoted separately.
What does an engineer visit cost?
Essentials and Pro include reactive onsite support, and Pro adds a scheduled visit every month. On Remote, a visit is £85 an hour, £300 for a half day or £595 for a full day, and £110, £385 and £770 without a plan. The minimum is one hour, then half hours. Travel is included within 50 miles of our Coventry or Salisbury base, whichever is nearer, then 55p a mile.
What is a device and what is a user?
A device is a computer we look after: a laptop, a desktop or a Mac. A user is a person with a work email address. They are often the same number, but not always, which is why Essentials and Pro are split into a per-device rate and a per-user rate. Remote is priced on devices alone.
Why are some things priced on a call rather than here?
Because the honest answer depends on your building, your team or your kit. Broadband, leased lines, cabling, CCTV, meeting rooms and out-of-hours cover need a survey, a line check or a proper scope before a number means anything, and a guess helps nobody. Tick them and we put a real number to them.
