AI that earns its seat.
Not just buys one.
We help UK businesses turn Microsoft 365 Copilot, Anthropic Claude and custom agents into real productivity, without the hype, the leaks or the licence waste. Readiness first. Rollout second. Governance for keeps.
Copilot, Claude, custom agents.
Done properly.
A practical AI practice built around your data, your licensing and your risk appetite. No vendor lock-in, no model lottery, no handing the keys to a pilot that never scales.
AI Readiness Assessment
Before you license a single Copilot seat: a review of your data hygiene, Microsoft 365 permissions, security posture, and team readiness. You leave with a prioritised roadmap and a clear go / no-go for each use case.
Microsoft 365 Copilot Rollout
Licensing right-sized to actual use (no 300-seat shelfware), a pilot with measurable outcomes, tenant hardening, adoption tracking, and proof-of-value reporting for the finance team that signed the cheque.
Claude for Teams & Custom Agents
Deploy Anthropic's Claude for knowledge work alongside Copilot where it makes sense. We also build custom agents that plug into your stack: triage, approvals, document workflows, and first-line support.
Agentic Automation
Process-first automation using Copilot Studio, Power Automate and where appropriate open-source agent frameworks. We identify repetitive work, automate it, and hand you the dashboards to prove the ROI.
AI Governance & Risk
Data loss prevention, sensitivity labelling, acceptable use policy, model monitoring and audit trails. Ships alongside every rollout so AI does not become your next data breach vector.
Training & Adoption
Workshops for leaders, champion programmes for power users, and role-based playbooks for everyone else. The tools only work if people use them, and we have the adoption data to say so.
Four phases.
Every time.
A predictable, repeatable way to land AI in your business. No six-month discovery, no vendor-led rollout, no surprise invoice.
Readiness audit
Two weeks. We review your data, permissions, licensing, and the top five processes you'd want to change first. You get a written readiness score and a prioritised roadmap.
Pilot
A scoped four to six week pilot with a measurable use case, tight governance and real users. You know by the end whether the ROI is real, and for which teams.
Rollout
Phased deployment with training, champions, and adoption tracking. We only scale what was proven in the pilot. Seats follow evidence, not invoices.
Govern & iterate
Ongoing tenant hardening, DLP monitoring, quarterly adoption reviews, and new use-case intake. AI becomes part of how you run the business, not a project that finished in Q2.
The platforms you already own.
Put to work properly.
We work with the vendors that actually ship reliable AI for businesses. No bleeding-edge experiments in your production tenant.
What businesses ask us.
Should we be doing AI at all, or is this hype?
Short answer: hype and opportunity both exist. The practical version is that Microsoft 365 Copilot and Anthropic Claude are now reliable enough that specific, bounded use cases (summarising meetings, drafting client emails, triaging first-line support, pulling data out of documents) pay back in weeks. Open-ended "transform the business with AI" rarely does. We start with the boring, valuable use cases and leave the moonshots to the people with an R&D budget.
What's the difference between Copilot and Claude, and why might we need both?
Copilot is tightly integrated with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint), so it shines for knowledge work inside that ecosystem. Claude is often stronger for long-context writing, careful reasoning, and building bespoke agents. Many of our clients use Copilot as the default productivity layer and Claude for specific high-stakes tasks (legal drafting, technical explanation, complex analysis). We help you pick what fits rather than pushing one tool because we resell it.
How much does it cost to get started?
Our Readiness Audit is a fixed-price engagement and typically pays for itself by flagging the licensing you don't actually need yet. From there, Copilot licences are charged per user per month by Microsoft and we add a managed service wrapper (rollout, training, governance) on top. Custom agent builds are scoped on a project basis. We don't charge for an initial conversation to see if it's the right fit.
Will AI expose our confidential data?
Only if you roll it out without the underlying controls. Copilot respects existing Microsoft 365 permissions, so if your SharePoint is open to "everyone" it will happily quote payroll spreadsheets at you. Every rollout we do ships with a data-review pass, sensitivity labelling, DLP rules, and acceptable-use policy. That's not a bolt-on, it's part of phase one.
We're a 40-person business. Is this relevant to us?
Yes, and arguably more so. Enterprise rollouts often drag under their own weight. SMBs can pilot on one team, measure in four weeks, and scale in a quarter. Microsoft 365 Copilot Business (launched late 2025) is priced specifically for businesses under 300 users and removes the seat minimums that used to gate enterprise-only AI.
Do you actually use this stuff yourselves?
We do. Our helpdesk, documentation, client reporting and internal operations all use a mixture of Copilot and Claude with custom agents. We wouldn't sell something we weren't willing to run our own business on.
