Why project services

Because your managed service is not a project team.

Big changes break small operations. A new office, an M365 migration, a switch refresh, a hundred-laptop rollout. Ask your day-to-day helpdesk to run that on top of tickets and something slips. Usually the go-live.

Our project team runs change work on a proper delivery cadence, with a named PM, clear phases, weekly reporting and a defined handover. Whether you are a managed client or not, we can take on the ugly bits.

Delivery, visible

Projects that land when they said they would.

Office moves, M365 migrations, device refreshes, Wi-Fi refits. Real PMs, honest plans, one throat to choke. You get weekly updates, not status theatre.

Before go-live
  • Scoping workshops with named stakeholders
  • Risk register and rollback plan in writing
  • Fixed-price or T&M, clearly agreed up-front
  • Weekly steering with a real project manager
After go-live
  • Hypercare window with dedicated engineers
  • Lessons-learned pack shared with your team
  • Handover into managed IT without a gap
  • Benefits tracked for 90 days post-delivery

What we deliver

The projects we do, week in, week out.

From a single-site Wi-Fi refresh to a 12-office M365 migration. Scope-appropriate, no theatre.

Office moves and fit-outs

Relocations planned around the lease dates, the contractor schedule, and the Wi-Fi survey. Nothing lands on a desk that is not ready.

Cloud migrations

Exchange, SharePoint, file servers and apps moved to Microsoft 365 or Azure. Cutover on a weekend, tidy, reversible, signed off.

Infrastructure upgrades

Switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls and servers refreshed with proper design, proper commissioning and proper documentation afterwards.

Multi-site deployments

Branch rollouts with standard kit lists, templated configs and remote-provisioned devices. Nothing left for someone to improvise on site.

Device rollouts

Windows Autopilot and Intune provisioning at scale. Hundreds of laptops unboxed at the user desk, enrolled, signed in, ready.

IT audits and assessments

An honest look at what you have, what is at risk, and what should be refreshed. One document, clear priorities, real numbers.

Integration and M&A

Merging two tenants, two networks and two helpdesks without breaking email for a fortnight. We have done it. Several times.

Training and handover

Short, focused sessions for the team that inherits the new system. Runbooks for your ops team. A recording for anyone who missed it.

How we deliver

Four phases. No surprises.

Every engagement, whether a two-week rollout or a six-month migration, follows the same skeleton.

01

Discovery and scoping

Site visits, stakeholder interviews, dependency mapping. We write down what is actually there, not what the CMDB thinks is there.

02

Planning and design

Target architecture, kit list, migration batches and rollback plan. Sign-off before a single cable is moved.

03

Delivery and testing

Engineered changes run in pilot, then in waves. Acceptance tests on every wave. Nothing goes wide that has not been proven small.

04

Handover and support

Documentation, runbooks, training, a warranty window, and a scheduled 30-day review before the project closes.
