We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products, participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise contact us. This may include:
- Names, phone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses
- Job titles, usernames, passwords, contact preferences
- Contact or authentication data, billing addresses
- Debit or credit card numbers (handled by GoCardless and Stripe)
Sensitive information: we do not process sensitive information.
Payment data: payment data is handled and stored by GoCardless and Stripe.
Google APIs
Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
2. How do we process your information?
In short: to provide, improve, and administer our Services, to communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with the law.

3. What legal bases do we rely on?
In short: we only process your personal information when we have a valid legal reason under UK GDPR.
- Consent: where you have given us permission for a specific purpose.
- Performance of a contract: where processing is necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations.
- Legal obligations: where processing is necessary to comply with the law.
- Vital interests: where processing is necessary to protect your vital interests or those of a third party.
6. Do we offer AI-based products?
In short: we offer products, features and tools powered by artificial intelligence.
We provide AI Products through third-party service providers including OpenAI and Microsoft. Your input, output and personal information may be shared with these providers. Our AI Products are designed for text analysis, automation, bots, document generation, research, search, and AI applications. All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with this Privacy Notice.
7. How long do we keep your information?
In short: for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this notice unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this notice. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise it, or securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
8. How do we keep your information safe?
In short: we protect your personal information through organisational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information-storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk; access our Services only from a secure environment.
9. Do we collect information from minors?
In short: we do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under 18, please contact us at gdpr@netix.digital.
10. What are your privacy rights?
In short: in the UK and EEA you have rights that allow greater access to and control over your personal information.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: request access to and obtain a copy of your personal information; request rectification or erasure; restrict processing; data portability; and not to be subject to automated decision-making.
If you are located in the UK and believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Withdrawing consent: you can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details in section 13.
Opting out of marketing: unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails or by contacting us directly.
11. Controls for Do-Not-Track features
Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature. No uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will inform you in a revised version of this notice.
12. Updates to this notice
In short: yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the updated date at the top. If we make material changes, we may notify you by posting a prominent notice or sending you a notification directly. We encourage you to review this notice frequently.
