Why it matters
Mobile spend is where the money leaks.
Most fleets we take over have a quarter of SIMs out of contract, three handsets not enrolled in MDM, and at least one number quietly costing £80 a month for a leaver who left in 2023. It adds up.
We consolidate onto one tariff, enrol every device in Intune, plug the estate into my.plan for live reporting, and give you one monthly figure that matches the forecast. Then we look after it. Upgrades, ports, lost handsets, the lot.
The same goes for the SIMs that are not in anyone's pocket. Trackers, sensors, alarms, payment terminals and remote sites run on multi-network roaming IoT SIMs, monitored and billed alongside the phones.

FAQ
Common questions about business mobiles and my.plan.
Which networks do you use?
Mobile voice and data on O2 and EE business tariffs, chosen on coverage where your people actually work, and you can mix networks across one fleet on one bill. Where coverage is patchy or a device has to stay online, multi-network SIMs roam across every UK network rather than being tied to one.
Can we keep our existing numbers?
Yes. Every number is ported with a PAC code, usually within one working day of the SIM arriving, and we schedule ports so nobody loses service during the day.
What is my.plan and is it an extra cost?
my.plan is the mobile estate management platform every Netix Digital mobile contract runs on, provided through plan.com. It is not a separate purchase. Usage, spend, roaming, security controls and handset inventory sit in one dashboard, with Essentials, Advanced and Platinum tiers depending on how much control you want.
Do you do SIMs for devices rather than people?
Yes. IoT SIMs for trackers, sensors, alarms, payment terminals, CCTV and remote sites run on multi-network roaming SIMs, so each device connects to whichever network is strongest where it sits, managed from one portal with usage alerts per SIM, and billed alongside the rest of the estate.
Do we have to buy handsets from you?
No. You can buy handsets outright, lease them over 24 months, or bring the ones you already own. Whatever the route, every device is enrolled in Intune MDM before it is handed over, so a lost phone can be wiped remotely.
What happens if someone breaks or loses a phone?
Tell us and we block the SIM immediately, wipe the device through MDM, and get a replacement handset out within four working hours from stock. The number and apps are back on the new device the same day.
How do you stop roaming bills getting out of hand?
Roaming is switched on per user and per trip rather than left open on every SIM, and spend caps and alerts are set in my.plan so a director's week in the US does not turn into a surprise on the invoice.
